About me
I'm an independent travel agent with a passion for travel and I love planning a trip almost as much as going on one! I'm backed up by my host agency, InteleTravel, who have more than 30 years in the industry and, as an independent, I'm not restricted in terms of which travel companies or brands I can book. So I can build the perfect road trip, arrange a family package holiday, book you a cruise, send you to DisneyWorld - you get the picture...
How it works
I'll vary my approach depending on the customer. I want to make you feel comfortable so will work with you and communicate in a way that suits you best. Typically though, the process may look something like this...
1. Get in touch
First thing to do is make contact! You can fill in the contact form on this site, or just send me an email.
Let me know the basics of what you're after, and how you'd like to chat; the default would be email but we can arrange a call, chat over WhatsApp or Instagram - whatever works for you.
2. Initial consultation
We'll have a chat, be that over the phone, by text, or email, about what you're wanting from your trip. How many people, ages of any children, what sort of hotels you like, what board you would want, roughly what budget you have etc.
3. I do the leg work!
I'll go away and look into the best flights, hotels, villas, car hire etc. for your trip - aiming to meet the criteria we set when we spoke. I'll be utilising my extensive travel experience and my industry contacts (I have more than 100 preferred suppliers to work with - although I can still go outside of those) to get some great options for you.
4. Quotes and booking
I'll aim to send you through at least three quotes, with different options, all meeting the criteria you set. Hopefully one of them will be perfect! If so, we'll go ahead and make the booking. You'll typically pay a deposit to secure the booking and pay the remaining amount some time before you travel - although payment terms differ.
